- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Knox (MICC Center-Knox) intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) temporary fencing with wind support/ security screen for Warrior Forge training at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business IAW FAR 19.502-2(a), all responsible and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532310 and the size standard is $7.0 MIL. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 37, Service Contracting. The RFQ will be posted to the MICC Center-Knox homepage at http://doc.knox.army.mil on or about 22 February 2012. This date is subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on the MICC Center-Knox website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled. The solicitation and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) prior to the closing date listed in the solicitation. Prior to registering in CCR, contractors must obtain a DUN and Bradstreet number at 1-800-333-0505. All questions must be submitted in writing by 10:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time, 22 February 2012 to the Contract Specialist and may be e-mailed to SSG Quadedra Corey at quadedra.e.corey@us.army.mil
