- Aution/Marshalling Statement of Work 2012 THIS RFI IS POSTED FOR DATA GATHERING AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY Request for Information: Auto Auction and Marshalling Service Agency: General Services Administration Office: Federal Acquisition Service, Fleet Mgmt Division Location: Region 4, Atlanta, GA AUTO AUCTION AND MARSHALLING SERVICE Solicitation Number: Notice Type: 4QMD12FL001-N Request for Information Synopsis: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD OPEN MARKET SINGLE AWARD CONTRACT The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), Fleet Management Division has a requirement for Auction and/or Marshalling Service in the Central Florida area. Quantity Description 1 Auto Auction and/or Marshalling Service The Government intends to award an Open Market single award contract for this requirement. This Request for Information is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements of the attached SOW may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports their ability to deliver the required services. Auction and Marshalling service is needed for an estimated 1,000 vehicles from date of award to September 30, 2012. Capability statements shall be received no later than the response date and time listed below. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All correspondence pertaining to this Request for Information shall be submitted in writing via email to Cassandra Jones, Contract Specialist at Cassandra.jones@gsa.gov no later than the response date and time. THIS RFI IS POSTED FOR DATA GATHERING AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR BPA ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI OR TO OTHERWISE PAY FOR INFORMATION RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFI.
