- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is F5N3LS2010A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562910; size standard is $14M. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. Westover ARB requires the transportation and repositioning of nine (9) cryogenic tanks between buildings 5375 and 7064 Services are to be performed are in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to transport and reposition nine (9) cryogenic tanks in accordance with but not limited to the statement of work. This requirement must comply with all the requirements set forth by the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF),federal, state, and local regulations. Proposals will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Please see attached document for details of requirements. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price, single award contract from this solicitation. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. Offers shall be submitted NO LATER THAN 12:00PM, 13 March, 2012, to the Westover Air Reserve Base Contracting Office, ATTN: Dawn Whelan, 250 Airlift Drive, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA 01022.
