- Description
- Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, FHWA intends to negotiate a contract with the National Academy of Sciences. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary materials and personnel and shall perform all services necessary to provide for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) continued participation in the research activities of the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP); completion of special studies, reviews, and conferences; and administration of Transportation Pooled Fund projects. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with cost-reimbursable task orders is anticipated. Note 22 applies.
