- SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: Provide services as photojournalists to translate the Fort Benning Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) command messages and objectives to support a finished four-section, broadsheet newspaper and social media to achieve the desired purpose and effects of communicating command information throughout Fort Benning. This is not a Request for Proposals, but instead a market research method to determine interested sources prior to issuing the solicitation. A period of performance of a 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month option periods is anticipated. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511110, Newspaper Publishers, with a size standard of 500 employees. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is for information gathering and planning purposes only to obtain an indication of interest of all businesses determine any interest from the small business community and obtain voluntary limited capability information of those interested sources. A determination by the government on the method of competing this requirement has not been made. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice, the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary. Electronic responses are preferred and hard copy documents are highly discouraged. Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. Responses are due no later than 1:00 p.m. EST on Friday, March 2, 2012.
