- Statement of work for repairing the Calgon C3150 UV Disinfection System at the Luke AFB wastewater treatment plant. List of recommended spare parts for the Calgon C3150 UV Disinfection System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number F2U3141341A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporated provision and clauses are those effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562211 and the size standard of $12.5 million dollars. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program does not apply. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) does not apply. The requirement is to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, appliances and materials and performing all operations in connection with the complete inspection and repair of the Calgon C3150 UV Disinfection System at the Luke Air Force Base Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). All work is to be done by a Calgon certified technician. Please see the attached Statement of Work describing what will be required during the period of performance. Also, please see the attached list of recommended parts. The period of performance is 30 days after the date of contract award. Place of performance is the Luke Air Force Base wastewater treatment plant at 7105 N. El Mirage Rd. Glendale, AZ 85309.
