- Description
- The Defense Media Activity (DMA) contracting office, Riverside CA anticipates synopsizing the proposed acquisition to establish a repair and return non-personal service contract with an authorized CISCO Gold Certified Channel Partner on the delivery price of satellite Receiver/Decoder equipment and a repair cost for the specified models and quantities of CISCO Power-Vu satellite equipment. The requirement is for the repair of integrated satellite receiver decoders (IRDs), Motion Picture Encoding Group (MPEG) encoders and multiplexers, modulators, and other hardware, software and ancillary equipment used by the American Forces Radio and Television Service (AFRTS). The proposed contract will provide repair and maintenance of the specified CISCO Power-Vu satellite equipment for a period of one (1) base period, with a provision for two (2) one-year option periods. Anticipated date for Request For Proposal (RFP) release is 09 March 2012.
