- SPQ for NSN 8030-01-453-5933 GSA, FAS, intends to establish a “not to exceed” one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number 8030-01-453-5933. The SPQ period will be 2/20/2012 (or date of award) through 2/19/2013 (or one year from the start date). Quotes for this SPQ are to be for both FOB Destination for GSA Depots, and FOB Origin for possible Direct Delivery Orders, with a requested 30 day delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center Stock orders will apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and delivery. For questions, please contact Philip N.
