- Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-11-G -0014 to ATK Missile Products, Defense Electronics Systems (DES), Woodland Hills, CA for Engineering Services and Studies required for the Production and Integration of Control Sections. These services are required to support the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) Program. It is anticipated that the resultant Delivery Order shall be issued on a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee basis. Unless otherwise stated herein, no formal request for proposal or additional written information is currently available. Request for same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is published for information purposes only. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). ATK is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the AGM-88E AARGM, and as such, is the only known source available with the requisite technical knowledge, experience and tooling to perform the efforts described herein, in order to satisfy the government's requirement. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for the services anticipated needed herein is 541330.
