- THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS CHANGED TO FEBRUARY 28, 2012. CLOSING DATE IS MARCH 29, 2012. PR 0044386411, NSN 1560-01-289-2697, Support, Structural. Manufacture in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, P/N 70400-08115-046. Sources are Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, and Tek Precision, CAGE 65780. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in a definite quantity contract for a total quantity of 459 each. Production lead-time is 69 days. FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. First Article Government test required. Government Production Lot Sample test required. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Item is a Navy and Army Critical Safety Item (CSI). This requirement will be a partial (50%) Small Business set-aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
