- Sole Source Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 309th Software Maintenance Group will purchase on a sole source basis (see attached J&A) to Green Hills Software, a specialized software in support of data management for the operational flight testing hardware currently in use. This includes 5 license renewals including the option to purchase four additional renewal years for each license.
