Completion Date shall be No Later Than 45 days after receipt of Purchase Order. The solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS code 811310 with a $7.0 Million size standard. This requirement will be awarded a firm fixed price contract to the lowest priced quote that meets the requirements of the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government.
