Description

To acquire post design services from the designer of project HEE11350 - Automatic Sprinkler Replacement. The post design to include the following: • Answer construction contractor questions (RFIs) on the design documents, • Answer constructability questions • Review and reply to construction submittals • Conduct site visits for surveys, inspections, attend progress meetings • Provide onsite report write ups • Review Shop Drawings NLM is in the process of renovating the entire basement stack area of Building 38 by installing compact shelving under a systematic phasing plan. This project is package 3 of 6. Previous packages have been designed by LSY, 8484 Georgia Ave, Suite 650, Silver Spring, MD 20910; DUN 159816974. Please note that there may be liability issues for Architects as this project will require replying to RFIs on designs by LSY. Any interesting vendors may contact the POC on this pre-solicitation notice within 15 calendar days of posting by submitting your capability statement. Please provide your brief capability statement pretaining to above requirements by 4:00pm (Eastern) on February 29, 2012 via email.
