- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of Food Services to support the Special Agent Promotion Program (SAPP). The period of performance for this requirement is 02/22/2012-02/23/2012, 03/26/2012-03/30/2012, 04/18/2012, 05/01/2012-05/10/2012, and 05/30/2012.The Government anticipates award of a single firm-fixed price purchase order to Service Source accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION: The SAPP testing is held at the DEA Training Academy. Service Source is the only on-site food service provider located at the DEA Training Academy. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to ryan.f.burke@usdoj.gov by February 16, 2012 at 12:00pm EST.
