- The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) in Albany, Georgia intends to solicit and award a time and material type contract for Vehicle Maintenance Support Services at Barstow MCB, CA. This requirement is other than Full and Open competition. This requirement will be 100% Set-Aside for HUB-Zone Small Business Concerns. A Performance Work Statement will be issued with the Request For Proposal. The period of performance is one basic period of six months and three option periods of six months each. Options will be evaluated at time of award of the RFP in accordance with the RFP requirements. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 29 Feb 2012 with a response due date of 02 April 2012. North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 811111; Size standard is 7.0 million. Requirement is for the starting team compliment of 50 full time employees and a maximum of 196 full time employees over the life of the contract, excluding supervisory positions. Only verifiable HUB-Zone small business concerns will be considered. NOTE: All sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
