- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with William Data Systems, LLC, 505 Huntmar Park Dr, Ste. 200, Herndon, VA 20170, for renewal of maintenance for Implex software. The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). William Data Systems is the only source known to the Government that sells maintenance renewal for Implex. The period of performance is 12 months. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing to Joanna.Lobl@ssa.gov. Telephone calls regarding this matter will neither be accepted nor returned.
