- J&A- Reuse ANCDF The objective of this effort is to assist the Director of Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation and the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs conduct a thorough and rigorous analysis of costs and benefits associated with reusing the ANCDF. The analysis will take into account all relevant factors, including the avoided cost of demolition, along with relevant work, documents, and analysis prepared to date. The analysis must involve individuals who are knowledgeable about the facility and its workforce to ensure all ideas and approaches are given due consideration.
