- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or follow up information requests. This project consists of routine trash service for the South Platte Ranger District; to include 2 work centers and various trailheads located along the Rampart Range Road (Note: Government furnished, 3 yard bear-proof dumpsters will be used). The proposed project will be a firm-fixed contract Interested vendors response to this synopsis shall include the following information: Name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. Interest in bidding on the solicitation when it is issued. Type of business size. Brief capabilities statement and past performance. Interested vendors shall respond to this sources sought synopsis no later than March 2, 2012, 2:00 pm MST.
