- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 4 - CGS, Atlanta, Georgia intends to negotiate a sole source procurement, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-2 and 41 USC 253 (c) (2). The intent is to award sole source procurement to Eugenio Ayala to support the maintenance program at the Vieques National Wildlife Refuge, Vieques, Puerto Rico. The contract services is necessary due to the maintenance workload which will increase substantially beginning in early 2012 with the beginning of the fire season in late February and annual increase in refuge visitation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government does not intend to accept proposals received. Award will be made following the publication of this notice. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with one (1) year base period and three (3) twelve (12) month option periods.
