- The U.S. Property & Fiscal Office for Minnesota has a Requirement for 416 Dozen Mattress Covers. These Soft Span Knitted Contour Sheets will be used for the mattresses located in our buildings here at Camp Ripley for the Minnesota Army National Guard: The specifications are as follows: Mattress Covers - Soft Span Knitted Contour Sheets - MDT218602 MFG: Medline *Size: 35" x 84" x 14" *Color: white *Weight: 24 oz. *55% Combed cotton /41% Polyester and 4% Spandex *Hyper-elastic spandex yarns into the fabric, creating incredible stretch properties *Soft-Span stretches in all directions *Superior stretch allows the sheet to move with the resident in the bed, reducing friction against the skin *Excellent memory holds sheet tightly to the mattress, reducing bunching under the resident *Soft Span has excellent durability, virtually eliminating pin-holing and extending product life *It will be able to fit up to 45" wide mattress becuase of stretchiness of spandex *Easy to put on beds *Fits larger healthcare mattresses Freight/Shipping Charges must be included in cost per dozen - if applicable *Brand Name or Equal will be considered FOB: Destination TO: USPFO Warehouse Bldg 11-62, 15000 Highway 115, Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN 56345-4173 PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: 0010121584 This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation W912LM-12-T-0013.
