- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a manufacturer sole source, competition basis the following items: 1) SeaDoo GTX 155 2012 Personal Watercraft, Qty 4 Each. 2) Zieman J1 Galvanized Marine Trailer, with 14 wheels, Qty 4 Each. This requirement is sole sourced to: Bombardier Recreational Products, SeaDoo, 726 Saint-Joseph Street, Valcourt, Quebec JOE 2L0 as the only available source for the specialized hardware that originally built to remotely operate the vehicles will fit. Any firms believing that they can provide this requirement may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
