- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to establish 5 year Blank Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to procure various items that will be defined by government drawing from machine shops. It is anticipated multiple BPAs will be awarded with an overall maximum ceiling of $30,000,000, as a small business set-aside. The maximum BPA Call/Order limit will be $150,000.00 each. Thus the anticipated BPAs will be awarded in accordance with FAR 13. It is anticipated that sample drawings will be provided with the solicitation to allow offerors to quote against. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. No late quotes will be considered. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Quoter ™s prior to submitting a quote carefully review THE ENTIRE solicitation. Contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation attachments. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the Internet at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/contractors.aspx. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation. Submitting a bid from the NECO website by clicking on-Submit Bid-does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format.
