- The Federal Aviation Administration will be re-negotiating with The National Institute of Severly Handicap (NISH) under AbilityOne (formerly the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Program) 41 U.S.C 46) to provide Janitorial/Groundskeeping Services for the Federal Aviation Administration, Air Traffic Control Tower at LaGuardia Airport, Flushing,NY. The period of performance is estimated to begin on/or about April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013 with four One-Year Option Periods. There is no Solicitation Package available to outside companies. This will be re-negotiated with NISH under Solicitation No. DTFAEN-12-R-00013.
