This acquisition is for hardware and services for the Counter Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM) Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) Imagers. This requirement also consists of conversion of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) provided Avenger FLIR or C-RAM FLIR BLO system to C-RAM FLIR BL1 systems, production of new C-RAM FLIR BL1 systems, upgrade of existing C-RAM Test Kits engineering support and engineering sustainment services.
