- Description of Agreement. This Agreement is entered into by and between 374 FSS/FSCG, a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Air Force, hereinafter called the NAFI, and _____________, hereinafter called the Contractor. The period of this BPA is from 1 March 2012 to 28 February 2017 and covered by a firm fixed price list. The Contractor will furnish the supplies or services called for by the Contracting Officer or their authorized representative(s). Price lists will be submitted to the Contracting Officer every 12 months and at least 30 days before the effective date to permit review, approval and distribution to activity managers. New items are added to the price list as an addendum once the Contracting Officer and the Contractor mutually agree to the price.The contractor shall provide the listed supplies for the Tama Hills Golf Course at Tama Annex Japan, in accordance with the attacehd Price List. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.ordance with the attached Price List.
