- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Ridgecrest Field Office has a requirement for a Wild Horse and Burro (WHB) Corral Facility Steel Shade Structure and will be soliciting for proposals on a competitive basis from qualified contractors to enter into a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will be available on February 17, 2012 for downloading on Fedconnect, url: www.fedconnect.net by searching under reference number L12PS00167. SITE TOUR is scheduled on February 21, 2012 1:00 pm (pst) at The Ridgecrest WHB Corral Facility Located four (4) miles East of Ridgecrest, CA on Randsburg Wash Road. Potential offerors are to provide their own transportation at no cost to the Government. The Government assumes no liability on behalf of offerors attending the site visit. Offerors intending to attend the site visit tour shall contact Robert Pawelek at 760-384-5430 at least 48 hours before the scheduled site visit and advise them of the firms name and number of persons that will attend.
