- Description
- The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to provide interested potential offerors a brief background and specifications to provide Sodium Hypochlorite, 12.5% - 15% liquid bleach for potable water treatment. The Government reserves the right to change any of the information contained in the Pre-solicitation notice. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). This Pre-solicitation Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Regional Contracting Office National Capital Region (RCO NCR) is not at this time seeking quotes, and will not accept unsolicited quotes. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. A closing date for receipt of the quotes will be reflected in the solicitation. This requirement will be advertised as a small business set-aside under NAICS 325181. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted regarding any questions about the solicitation.
