- 1st Sheet - Core Items with Annual Estimated Quantities PR Number: IQC 11230009035 Solicitation: SPM5M5-11-R-0010 FSC: 5330 & 5331 Nomenclatures: O-Rings, Preformed Packings, & Wiper Ring RFP: Estimated Issue Date 02/23/2012 RFP: Estimated Due Date 04/25/2012 DLA Land and Maritime - Hardware Philadelphia will be soliciting requests for proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demands of various fully competitive QPL NSN's from the 5330 and 5331 Federal Stock Classes (FSCs). Solicitation SPM5M5-11-R-0010 is being issued to support this/these anticipated contract(s) for depot stock replenishment. This initiative will be awarded under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government plans to award a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract(s). Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is required. The initial solicitation will require pricing for 309 (core) NSN's. The Government intends to make a single award for each NSN under this solicitation based upon an integrated assessment of technical merit and price. An item-by-item analysis may lead to multiple contracts being awarded to MULTIPLE VENDORS, each with different NSNs. The delivery requirement will be 120 days ARO. The items will be awarded to the offeror determined to be the best value to the Government in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. This initiative has 115 additional items (non-core) in the universe which may be added on a post award basis via the Add/Delete Clause as demand warrants (lists provided as attachment: Core and Non-Core Items SPM5M5-11-R-0010).
