- RFQP03101200017 KOSHER KOSHER SUBSISTENCE 3RD QUARTER The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center Miami intends to issue a solicitation RFQP031012000017, for the acquisition of Kosher Line Food Items for the 3rd Quarter of FY 2012. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, and FOB Destination. Delivery dates are posted within this solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Detention Center Miami at 33 NE 4th ST, Miami, Fl, 33019. The Government reserves the right to make a single or multiple awards. The Government will award to a responsible vendor, whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government. ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE LINE ITEM DESCRIPTIONS MAY CAUSE THE QUOTE TO BE DISQUALIFIED. The solicitation will be available February 9,2012 and will be solely through the Government Point of Entry, which is www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through this website. This website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of this solicitation. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure you have the most-up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The anticipated receipt of quotes is on, February 22, 2012 at 8:00 AM EST All responsible small business sources are encouraged to submit a quote, which will be considered for an award. Faith Based and Community Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts which they are eligible. All interested parties doing business with the Federal Government must register in the Central Contractors Register (CCR) database prior to any contract awards. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The anticipated date of award is March 88, 2012 In addition please provide Kosher certification and small business certification.
