- The Contractor must be a two(2) person team, at least 21 years of age, who are both physically and mentally capable of working with the public, collecting fees for park entrance, boat launching, camping, etc for the duration of the contract, including option periods (unless otherwise specified in the individual lake scope of work). Work to be performed under this contract may not be subcontracted. The successful contractor must pass a criminal background check. Location: various parks at Granger, Georgetown, Belton, Stillhouse, and Canyon Lakes, TX. Contractor shall ensure all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and have an active Cage Code to receive an award. The period of performance will be 01 March 2012 thru 30 September 2012 for Taylor Park #2, Granger Lake. The period of performance will be 01 April 2012 thru 30 September 2012 for all other base period positions, and 01 April 2013 thru 30 September 2013 for option periods.
