- DRAFT Performance Work Statement Sources Sought Letter This is a Sources Sought/Market Survey seeking all interested small businesses for competitive consideration. The 20th Contracting Squadron, located at Shaw Air Force Base, SC, is seeking capability packages to determine the size and types of businesses available for one (1) year Aseptic Management System Services support for the Veterinary Treatment Facility.
