- The United State Air Force intends to negotiate sole source with Hologic, Inc., 35 Crosby Drive Bedford, MA 01730 for preventative maintenance for Selenia S/N 28409106170W and R2CAD S/N#C2474 for the Platinum Service, and the DigitalNow LS S/N #LS0671 for Gold Service, and Plastics Coverage from. With 4 option years.This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedure and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for a one time purchase. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. All inquiries received by the Government by 2:00 PM mountain time,16 February 2012, will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
