- ***Pre-Solicitation Notice – Projects YTPM 12-0001 and YTPM 12-0002 Maintain Pavement Markings Airfield and Roads. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $33,500,000.00 and the NAICS (North American Industrial Classification System) Code for this solicitation is 237310. Solicitation will be issued on or about 23 February 2012 with a bid opening date on or about 22 March 2012. Performance period will be thirty (30) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed prior to 30 September 2012. The work called for in this contract requires extensive scheduling and coordination because of the daily airfield operations. The commercial contractors that provide this service will develop work schedules that require flexibility of programming for the clients. It is in the best interest of the government to schedule work prior to signing the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This project is not subject to any statutory limitation. There is no Government Furnished Property supplied for this project. The solicitation including the bid package, wage rates, specifications and drawings will be posted at this site for review and download. There will be no other form of distribution for this solicitation other than downloading from this site. Hard copies of the solicitation will be available for examination at 439 CONF/LGC, 250 Airlift Drive, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA 01022. ****FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT.****
