- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Military Academy at West Point is looking for vendors that can provide cloth in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions in the attached SF1449 solicitation. If you can meet these specifications, terms, and conditions please email a quote along with a completed SF1449 solicitation to dominick.belfiore@us.army.mil no later than the due date of 1600 EST on 23 February 2012. Please note that this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
