- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W912CL-12-T-0025. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-55 dated February 2, 2012. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System code is 562991, Small Business Size Standard $7.0M. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. Description of Requirement: US Army South Special Operations Command (SOCSOUTH) requires the rental of twenty-five (25) portable toilets and six (6) hand-wash stations at Camp Stephenson, Timehri, Guyana, including daily cleaning services, during the period beginning 29 February 2012 through 10 March 2012. 0001 Rental of Twenty Five (25) Portable Toilets, including servicing twice daily, at Camp Stephenson, Timehri, Guyana in accordance with the Performance Work Statement during the period 29 February 2012 to 10 March 2012. (11 days x 25 units = 275 Rental Days) 0002 Rental of Six (6) Hand-wash Stations, including daily service, at Camp Stephenson, Timehri, Guyana in accordance with the Performance Work Statement during the period 29 February 2012 to 10 March 2012. (11 days x 6 units = 66 Rental Days) 0003 Workers' Compensation Insurance in accordance with the Defense Base Act and the clause at FAR 52.228-3 0004 Contractor Manpower Report in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
