- Solicitation The Government intends to issue one Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDID) contract to procure leasing of non-tactical vehicles (NTV) and Armored NTV vehicles and maintenance services for the Afghanistan area of Operations. The IDIQ will have one base period of 12 months and two 12 month option periods. Capacity of the IDIQ will be $30 million for the base period and $30 million for each of the option periods.
