- This is a solicitation of Purchase Request F1Q3MT1279AE01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 205-54, The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334112 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This acquisition is set aside for hubzone set-aside. All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote in accordance with the following: Line Item 0001: Rimage 6100N BD/DVD/CD Quantity: 1 Each; Line Item 0002: Rimage 6100 Warranty Upgrade Quantity: 1; Line Item 0003 Installation and Training Quantity: 1 Each; Line Item 0004 Rimage Everest 600 Quantity: 6; Line Item 0005 Rimage Everest 600 Quantity 4; Line Item 0006 Rimage Everest 600 Quantity 2. In order to be considered for an award, an offeror must have completed the online electronic Representations and Certifications located at http://orca.bpn.gov/ in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a). This is award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable quote. The Government intends to award without discussion. Offerors may obtain copies of the reference provisions and clauses at: http://arnet.gov/far. Quotations must be received by February 5, 2012, 6:00 am (Eastern Standard Time). Quotations shall be submitted to: Valencia Thornton, via e-mail at Valencia.Thornton@afncr.af.mil with a cc to the Government Contracting Officer, SSgt Huston at Daniel.Huston@afncr.af.mil. This solicitation has been extended due to lack of responses.
