- ISSUE DATE: 02/23/2012. The contractor shall provide all labor material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary to provide tower inspection and maintenance and incidental related work for four (4) U. S. Coast Guard DGPS antenna towers including two GPS reference antenna masts per site. The project locations are Brunswick, Maine, Penobscot, Maine, Highlands, New Jersey and East Moriches, New York. This Request for Proposals is 100% set-aside for small business participation. The magnitude of construction range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be issued subject to the availability of funds. The government will reserve the right to cancel the procurement either prior to or after the scheduled closing date. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. The applicable NAICS code is 237130, with a small business size standard of $33.5 Million. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 02/23/2012. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for 03/26/2012 at 4:00 pm. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings may be accessed for download beginning on the date of issue at the following site www.fbo.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted on this web site. Offerors are required to verify the number of amendments prior to the proposal due date. Note: Prospective contractors shall be registered in the CCR database www.ccr.gov prior to award of a contract or agreement. A bidders list is only available by registering electronically for this solicitation below.
