- RFQ RA-133R-RQ-12-0068BS Drawings RFQ RA-133R-RQ-12-0068BS Solicitation Presolicitation Notice for RFQ RA-133R-RQ-12-0068BS NOAA/PSD Wind Profiler Antenna Frames This is a presolicitation notice to provide aluminum wind profiler antenna frames for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 332312. The small business size standard is 500. Required delivery time is 60 days ARO. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on or about February 8, 2012. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
