- Please note: Services shall be performed during normal working hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily, except Saturday, Sundays, and holidays. POC for each location will be provided upon awarded. Contract price: Shall include all parts, labor, travel and per diem cost necessary to repair all noted equipment to first-class working operating condition. Spare parts consumable items are not covered by this purchase order. FIRMED FIXED PRICE WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: QTY: 12 UNIT: MONTHS UNIT PRICE:__________ TOTAL AMOUNT:__________ Maintenance and repair service for all Canon copiers at different locations. Upon completion of service, the Contractor shall furnish a service report to the COR listed date, model, serial number, location, service performed, parts replaced and signed by an individual having knowledge of the service. ACCEPTANCE: Since price is fixed and requires 12 months of maintenance/service for all Canon copiers, this contract acceptance criteria will be evaluated on Past Performance and Price.
