- THIS NOTICE IS AMENDED TO CORRECT THE SOLICITATION ISSUE AND POSTED DATE TO FEBRUARY 23, 2012 The solicitation issue date (POSTED TO DIBBS WEBSITE) is October 6, 2011. A Solicitation to be issued in anticipation of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) Contract for a base period of one year and four one year options for an estimated annual demand quantity of 1648 pieces. NSN 2840-01-200-5342 for a Liner, Turbine Component, utilized on various Aircraft Engine Programs. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This is a Critical Application Item; Configuration Control and Export Control applies. Technical Data Packages is not available at DLA-Aviation. Inspection IAW Origin and FOB Destination to Stock Location. A Gov't First Article Test is required for this item. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
