- Description
- The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Repair of the High Temperature Hot Water Distribution Lines, Phase 10, at Malmstrom Air Force Base, MT. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to repair the high temperature hot water distribution lines for phase 10, Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 27 February 2012. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 26 March 2012. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award. This acquisition is being advertised as 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request For Proposal is available by electronic transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://www.ccr.gov/. All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 30 September 2011, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/ ). The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
