- RPSC Capability Questionnaire Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. The 309th Maintenance Wing is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential small and/or large business sources to support the repair, maintenance, programming and training of three Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) developed, manufactured and installed robotic dry media blast systems located in Buildings 220, 238 and 674 on Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Updated information will be provided in future announcements and posted electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities homepage at www.fbo.gov. Technical data rights for these systems have been provided to the Government under a prior contract or agreement through which the Government has acquired the rights to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose the data without restrictions. The information in this notice is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. 1. Purpose: The Government intends to award a three (3) to five (5) year contract for the repair, maintenance, programming, and training on these systems. A formal solicitation is estimated to be released April/May timeframe with the service to begin this fiscal year. The work shall require the contractor to provide: On-Call Technical Telephone Support; On-Site Labor and Parts for Maintenance and Repairs; and train maintenance personnel on new system maintenance updates including programming changes. 2. The Government requests interested parties to submit a brief statement of current capability to perform these services by providing responses to the attached questionnaire. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is also attached for reference. 3. Other Information: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services and 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Respondents to this announcement should indicate whether they are a large business, small business, 8(a) concern, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business, or historically black college or university (HBCU) or minority institution (MI) (as defined by the clause at DFARS 252.226-7000). The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this request for information.
