- NSN 6140 01 512 5788 Battery Assembly Nova Power Solutions (1BCN7) P/N 223-124535-3 Clary Corporation (71503) P/N 223-124535-3 Type II, Shelf life 3 months MSDS/PSDS required per FED-STD-313 Contractor shall prepare a material safety data sheet (MSDS) as directed by FAR 52.223-3 Desired Delivery 20 days ARO Annual Demand Value $247,543.00 Contract Maximum $618,857.50 All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN that is a code and P/N sourced to Nova Power and Clary. The proposed procurement includes items within the Federal Supply Class of 6140. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be place for one basic contract year with an option to extend the contract for an additional year. The procurement will be in accordance with FAR Part 15. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about February 10, 2012 with an anticipated award of May 18, 2012 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. An alternate source must submit data and be approved by cognizant Government engineering activity. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one time at the descretion of the Government. The duration shall not exceed two years. This solicitation will be issued as other than full and open competition, unrestricted procurement.
