- The Space and Naval WarfareSystemsCommand (SPAWAR) insupport of the Naval EnterpriseNetworks (NEN) Program ManagementOffice (PMW-205)/ Next GenerationEnterprise Network (NGEN) Program isannouncing the release of additionaldocuments applicable to the NGENacquisition process. This release ofapplicable documents consists of theNGEN Program Protection Plan. This filehas been posted on the MITRE siteunder the NGEN RFP Documents tab. In order to access the applicabledocuments, any company must have afully executed (signed) NGENGovernment Purpose Rights (GPR) Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on file withthe NGEN Procuring Contracting Officer(PCO). For companies that do not havea fully executed GPR NDA on file,contact the NGEN PCO support staff atNGENNDA_NGENNDA@bah.com. Pleasenote that there is an underscorebetween the NGENNDAs(NGENNDA_NGENNDA). MITRE, a Federally Funded Researchand Development Center (FFRDC), isproviding a secure server to host theNGEN applicable documents andtechnical data. Access to technical datawill be replicated to the ApplicableDocuments section of the site. If youhave been permitted access to thetechnical data, you do not need toreapply for access to the applicabledocuments. Please follow the below instructions togain access to the Technical Data sitehosted by MITRE:To request access to the NGEN MITREhosting site, send an email request toNGENTDP@bah.com with the subjectline NGEN TDP Account Request. Allrequests must list the name, companyand corporate email address of eachindividual requesting an account. Onceit has been verified that a fullyexecuted GPR NDA is on file, NGEN willdirect a MITRE representative to beginthe process of granting access. AMITRE representative will respond toeach individual with a confirmationemail and instructions on how to accessthe technical data. Be advised thatobtaining access to the NGEN MITREhosting site is a multi-step process andcompanies/individuals requestingaccess may experience lag times of upto 4 hours between each step, butshould not exceed three business daysfor the completion of the entireprocess. Once the aforementionedsteps have been completed, eachindividual will receive an email fromMITRE confirming the granting ofaccess and be prompted to establish auser id and password to access thesecure site. Please direct all questions regardingthe content of the technical data toNGENTDP@bah.com. All questionspertaining to technical problems inaccessing the NGEN MITRE hosting siteshould be directed tongensharepointown@mitre.org.Please engage the PCO staff only ifdifficulties in gaining access persist.
