PR# 0041810603 NSN 1680-01-065-6644 SPM4A7-12-R-1329 SURVIVAL KIT CONTAI ISSUE DATE: 02/23/2012 CLOSE DATE: 03/26/2012 This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 139 each for stock. No Option is included. I.A.W. Carleton Life Support Systems Inc. Cage 99251 P/N 025-750000-5 Approved Sole Source: Carleton Life Support Systems Inc. Cage 99251 This Solicitation will be unrestricted, Other than full and open competition, under statutory authority U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The following terms apply: Inspection/Acceptance Origin FOB Destination, Higher Level Inspection Requirements. This is a Life Support Item as well as a Critical Application Item. Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Configuration Control Applies. The Delivery Schedule is as follows: 273 days for the FAT sample, 180 days for Government Testing and Evaluation, and 273 days for the Production Quantity. The total delivery is 726 days.
