THE COMMERCIAL ITEM TEST PROGRAM (FAR PART 13.5) EXPIRED ON JANUARY 1, 2012. BECAUSE THIS SOLICITATION WAS INCORRECTLY ISSUED UNDER THE EXPIRED AUTHORITY OF FAR PART 13.5, IT IS HEREBY CANCELED IN ITS ENTIRETY. PLEASE CONTINUE TO MONITOR THIS WEBSITE AND THE EPA WEBSITE FOR FUTURE REQUIREMENTS. HSPD 12 Physical Access Control System Maintenance Project for the U.S. EPA National Enforcement Investigations Center in Lakewood, CO This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.106 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The title for this request for quotation, ?HSPD 12 Physical Access Control System Maintenance Project for the U.S. EPA National Enforcement Investigations Center in Lakewood, CO? shall be referenced on any quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Administration and Resource Management (OARM), Security Management Division (SMD), requests that you submit a quotation for maintenance services for the HSPD 12 Physical Access Control System for the National Enforcement Investigations Center in Lakewood, CO in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Any firm believing itself to be capable of meeting EPA?s requirement, as stated within the Request for Quote and the Statement of Work, may submit a quote, which, if received by the response date of this announcement shall be considered. This requirement is being conducted as a full and open competition. Prospective sources are reminded that an award can only be made to a Contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in accordance with FAR 4.11.
