- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL. NSWC PCD is seeking competitive quotes for one hundred (100) each SEAL Delivery Vehicle (SDV) Negative Internal Battery Cable Assemblies P/N 76488592-2 NSN 6150-01-542-5502. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS Code is 335931 and the corresponding small business size is 500 employees. The resulting purchase order will be firm fixed price awarded to the lowest price Offeror meeting all requirements.. The cables must be fabricated in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 53711-7648592. Drawings will be made available only to DoD contractors (Distribution Limited and subject to the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 et. Seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979 as amended Title 50, U.S.C., app 2401 et. seq.) ) upon request to the Contracting Office. Drawings must be requested from the buyer by e-mail (Donald.D.McManus@navy.mil). Drawing requests must include the requesting firm ™s Cage Code number to receive an electronic copy of the controlled drawings. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. Award will be based on a fair and reasonable price and on or about 02/17/12. Delivery will be FOB Destination to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity Panama City, 101 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407.
