- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov, and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Modification 02 Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division is changing the NAICS code associated with this previously synopsized requirement. From: NAICS code 423840. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract that will be awarded using FAR part 15, as a result of the solicitation that will follow this announcement. To: NAICS code 332439. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract that will be awarded using FAR part 12, as a result of the solicitation that will follow this announcement. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 09 February 2012. Closing date will be on or about 09 March 2012. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered.
