- The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Fiscal Year 2012 (March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2013): "Provide the Eastern Colorado Area Office, Flatiron Power Plant support for gases used in the power plants and facilities on an on-call basis to include cylinder rental and rental of acetylene gases." Reclamation will not issue a Request for Quotation. The purpose of this announcement is to seek interested sources. If you would like to be considered for a BPA please send pricing for items listed in the preceding paragraph. This award will be issued as a small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 454312 and a size standard of 50 Employees. The suspense date/time to respond to this announcement is Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration and the Online Representations and Certifications Application to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov and www.orca.bpn.gov respectively. You will need your Duns and Bradstreet number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit pricing which, if received timely, shall be considered. Pricing may be submitted electronically.
